Course Content

Business research is the systematic and organized effort to investigate a specific problem encountered in the work setting which needs a solution. The purpose of this course is to acquaint students with a framework that can be used to identify the problems, determine the factors that are associated with the problem, gather information, analyze the data, develop an explanation for the problem at the hand and solve the problem by taking the necessary corrective actions.
