Course Content

Epigenetic control of pluripotency, reprogramming and transdifferentiation; Epigenetic regulation of embryonic stem cell differentiation, adult and cancer stem cells; epigenetic mechanisms during development; regulation of gene expression on chromatin level; eukaryotic genomic DNA packaging; post-translational modification of nucleosomes.
