Course Content
The biological mechanisms that underlie human behaviour. Low level neuronal structures, synaptic transmission and their functioning. High level brain structures and their links to behaviour. Current research methods in the field. Brain and perceptual behaviour. Brain and cognitive behaviour. Introduction to psychological disorders and treatment options based on psychopharmacology, therapy and cognitive training.
