Course Content
This course will entail the study of developments. as to how societies have been shaped by various forms of scientific advances. It will focus on scientific transformations within a range of cultural and social contexts. The course consists of a number of topics. spanning time periods from ancient history until the present. and various geographical areas and entities. While the course emphasis mostly on European developments within scientific achievements. it also includes Eastern practices in science.
