Course Content

The main aim is the instruction of the basic knowledge and essentials of healthy nutrition. Education and training of the students for creating a healthy diet by considering age, occupation, gender, disease/disorder, family, and financial status. Boosting the immune system of the student against various diseases and/or disorders by the means of a healthy diet and healthy bioactive food compounds. Giving advice to students to choose healthy and functional foods which improve their health, and boost their immune system against disease. Educating students about the harmful effects of too much consumption of fast food and processed foods on the immune system. Giving education about specific nutrition and diet creation to prevent a specific metabolic disease or disorder. The beneficial effects of healthy bioactive food compounds and specific healthy diet programs.
