Epigenetic control of pluripotency. reprogramming and transdifferentiation; Epigenetic regulation of embryonic stem cell differentiation. adult and cancer stem cells; epigenetic mechanisms during development; regulation of gene expression on chromatin level; eukaryotic genomic DNA packaging; post-translational modification of nucleosomes.
