Introduction to hierarchical levels of genome organization. from nucleosomes to chromatin territories; introduction to mechanisms linking genome folding to regulation of DNA-templated events and transitions in cellular phenotypes; introduction to experimental and computational methods used to study 3D genome architecture; critical evaluatation of primary research related to 3D genome organization and interactions.
