Course Content

Focus on exploring the sociotechnical aspects of information systems drawing upon multiple perspectives to critically examine the ways in which technologies shape and shaped by their contexts of use in various contexts such as health, education, commerce, etc. Socio-technical theory encapsulates three major dimensions- the social, the technical, and the environmental. Current research from the sociotechnical perspective, the next generation of socio-technical systems.
