Course Content

The course aims to enable students to understand the interconnection of social inequality and social policy. The bases of inequality in capitalist development are examined in the context of social policy. The themes and the discourse of social inequality are critically explored. Current governance mechanism in social policy and future prospects of social policy are discussed in relation to social inequalities.
