Course Content

However complex a decision problem is , human cognition and psychology is an inevitable part of the decision making process. Therefore it is crucially important to understand the preliminary mechanisms underlying human judgement as well as the cognitive and psychological factors that affect the mental processes behind managerial decision making. This course will attempt to convey the basic concepts and theories related with the psychological and behavioral approach to decision making and judgement. Topics to be covered include judgement&rationality, dual-system theory, heuristic and biases and group decision-making.
