Course Content
It is a capstone course to show the students the need for and methods of integrating a firm`s various functional area activities in a dynamically changing environment. Furthermore, strategic management will be emphasized, that is the process dealing with the fundamental organization renewal and growth, with the development of the strategies, structures and systems necessary to achieve such renewal and growth and with the organizational systems needed to effectively manage the strategy formulation and implementation process.
