Course Content
This course will offer the comprehensive analysis of the process of the regional integration in Central Asia in a comparative perspective. It will start up with the theory of regional integration and brief description of the European integration where this process proved to be successful. The course will uncover the roots and origin of Central Asian integration process with a special focus on the recent Soviet past and the implications of the collapse of the Soviet Union for the region.
