Course Content

The role of sanitation in food industry, the
relationship of microorganisms to sanitation.
Introduction to Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Points (HACCP). Sanitation practices in
different food processing systems, cleaning
compounds, sanitizers, waste product handling.
