Course Content
Principles of nuclear physics. Radioactive decay equation and mechanisms. Rb-Sr, Sm-Nd and He isotope systematics in geochronology and petrology. Concepts of crustal growth, mantle depletion, mantle degassing, mantle metasomatism, and crustal contamination.
