Influence of bioreactor operation conditions on the bioreaction networks and regulation of metabolic pathways: fermentation physiology. Principles of metabolic engineering: Determination of the metabolic bottlenecks. Metabolic control analysis. Thermodynamic analysis of cellular pathways. Pathway design.
