Course Content
The objective of the course is to acquaint the student with a general framework of the actual play of forces in the labor market ant the international and national levels, taking into consideration the rapid change in the structure of the labor force and industrial relations as a result of the developments in technology, globalization and new forms of work organization.Prerequisite: BUS 321
