Course Content
A course on the history of evolutionary thought. Aims to provide a deeper understanding of evolution. Based on reading primary literature starting with earlier papers in the late 18th and early 19th century, and ends with recent influential papers in the field. Topics include: history of evolutionary thought, Modern Synthesis and population genetics, phylogenetics, macroevolution, evo-devo, and epigenetics.
