Course Content
The course aims to integrate research and practice in Clinical Psychology. It covers a wide range of topics. including experimental design. assessment methods. sources of artifact and bias. data analysis and interpretation. and the ethical issues associated with psychological research. Students are expected to deepen their understanding of research by formulating hypotheses and selecting appropriate methods. procedures. and assessment tools for hypothesis testing. In addition. the course emphasizes the analysis and interpretation of data. as well as the preparation of written scientific reports that relate findings to specific research areas and challenges in Clinical Psychology. Ethical considerations will be thoroughly addressed throughout the course. The course also includes quasi-experiments. case studies. and single-subject designs tailored for clinical application.
