Course Content
Focuses on normal personality in relation to organizational criteria,such as job performance,work attitudes,counterproductive behavior,and leadership,and on the validity of different types of assessments,such as self-report rating scales,Situational Judgement Tests,and implicit personality assessments (i.e Conditional Reasoning Tests).
