Course Content
Introduction to service design definitions, methods, tools and background.Introduction to product service systems and product-service hybrids. Application of the methods and tools introduced to real life projects to gain hands on experience in conductinga service design project.Review of service design research. Review of case studies from diverse sectors as healthcare, finance, tourism,public and NGOs.
