Course Content
Introduce executives to project management life cycle processes. tools. and soft-skills (communication. team building. and leadership). Provide a review of CPM and PERT models to cover cases with certain and uncertain activity times; project crashing and PERT/Cost analysis; GANTT charts and resource levelling decisions; use of simulation in connection with project scheduling; project control. revision and verification techniques; computer applications using commercial software.
