Course Content
Especially designed for executives, this course provides students with the opportunity to develop cognitive, skill and experiential-practicum learning applied to ongoing leadership and organizational problems. It aims to develop self-awareness of personal attributes and goals, enhance personal development, and impart skills needed to function as future executives. Topics to be covered will include teamwork skills, negotiation skills, conflict management, managing time and stress, effective problem solving, understanding and working through corporate culture, written and oral communication skills and other leadership skills.
