Financing R&D and innovation; public policy; justification of public intervention in technology; classifications of public technology policies; recent trends in technology policies; government intervention in technological change in Turkey; monitoring and evaluation of public policies/programs; evaluation concepts, causal relationship; ex-ante/ex-post evaluation, forms of additionality, analysis of evaluation reports.
