Course Content

This course will cover the styles, rhythmic, and melodic structures of tango music. This will be an interactive class focused on teaching participants the techniques for performing tango music and together with the students, tango music performances will be given. Additionally, the course will include introductory work on arranging and composing tango music. Prerequisite for enrollment is the ability to play a musical instrument or having a good ear for music with strong vocal skills. After reviewing the applications, selected students may be invited for a one-on-one video interview or directly invited to join the course.
