Course Content
The course concentrates on engineering of organizational processes and systems. The focus is on fundamental redesign of strategic and value-adding business processes. Organizations are modelled as systems in order to gain insight into their structure, processes and performance. This knowledge is used in engineering more effective organizations and information systems to provide value-added support for organizational evolution.
