Course Content
Analysis and design of bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET): multi- stage amplifiers. Analog integrated circuit (IC) building blocks/sub-circuits. Biasing circuits. Differential pairs. Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) operational amplifier topologies. Stability analysis and pole-zero cancellation in operational amplifiers. Differential and regenerative comparators.Prerequisites: EE 311.
