Course Content
An overview of international construction market. Business ethics, international construction culture, competitive strategies for international construction firms. Practical aspects such as international negotiation techniques, claims and claim related management, industrial and labour relations, environmental impact studies, quality control/quality assurance, health and safety requirements, JVs and consortia and project financing. Critical success factors for international tenders.
