Working in multicultural projects teams. Joint venturing. Preparation of a bid package, setting up a project organization, strategic planning. Preparation of communication/collaboration plans, contract management plans. Risk assessment. Quantity take-off, estimation of cost and duration, 4D modeling and production planning. Web-based communication and collaboration tools.
