Course Content
Concepts, principles, approaches and theories of teaching and learning mathematics and geometry in classroom settings. Using Dynamic Geometry Applications in order to construct objects, figures, and diagrams; explore their mathematical properties. Generating teaching aids, including worksheets, tests, reports, and presentation materials. Creating simulations that make use of dragging, animation, tracing loci, and random point generation. Making conjectures and test hypotheses about Euclidean geometry. Analyze and solve various geometric and/or trigonometric problems. Create Escher-like tessellations and tilings of the plane.
