Course Content
Basic definitions, concepts, and processes of curriculum development in science and physics education. Philosophical and social aspects of different curriculum patterns. Basis of curriculum and basic curriculum patterns as applied to physics education. Taxonomies of educational objectives. Principles of instruction, planning and the importance of planning in educational practices, course curriculum. Development of yearly, unit, and daily plans for secondary science or mathematics. Strategies in content selection and organization.
