Course Content
The course coded 3504, ?Clinical Interview Skills,? aims to introduce the theoretical foundations of basic clinical interviewing skills and examples of their application in clinical practice.
The course provides students with in-depth knowledge of the unconscious and the fundamental structure of the subject, the ethics of psychotherapy practice, diagnostic criteria, and how to listen to a case, ask questions, and establish a relationship with the client as a psychotherapist.
It also examines in detail the key considerations involved in crisis interviews and crisis intervention.
In addition, students are given the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge through role-play exercises as part of the course.
