There has recently emerged a need to develop a new course on The Psychology of Close Relationships in the newly introduced curriculum for the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Programs by the Higher Education Council. Regarding the importance ofintimate relationships for the quality of life, this course was selected to serve as an elective,
