Course Content
Basic structural and functional characteristics of Turkish Education System (TES); educational levels and transition between these levels; key issues in TES; change and reform in TES; teacher training and administrator development in TES; school management and basic concepts related to management of schools such as organizational structure, organizational culture, motivation, leadership, decision-making, communication, organizational change, finance, and personnel administration; recent movements in educational administration such as democratic schools, social justice, learning organizations.
