Course Content
This course aims to review both the fundamental and finer points of the advanced grammatical structure of formal written English. Through this review, the course aims to develop students advanced grammatical competence in English, increase awareness of how meaning is created through structure and how structure and vocabulary are related. Active production and error analysis of standard English are emphasized throughout the course. Thus, the course aims to enable students to study how advanced English grammar works in context and get students to apply this knowledge in the writing and speaking.
