Course Content
This course reviews the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in public administration, and its implications for different actors of policymaking and implementation. It aims to provide a political, technical and practical framework for students to better understand the opportunities, challenges, and limitations associated with the use of information and communication technologies in political processes and public administration. We will particularly focus on the concepts and applications related to digital transformations in governments around the world, and will cover related administrative, political, technological and policy issues in this context.
