Course Content
The course explores the kitchen as a philosophical object and methodological space, showing how everyday practices can become
subjects of philosophical inquiry. Rather than seeing the kitchen merely as a domestic place for cooking or consumption, it examines it
as an epistemic site where knowledge, ethics, identity, labour, power, and technology take concrete forms. From the perspective of
the philosophy of science, the kitchen provides a rich context for understanding knowledge production beyond formal scientific
Institutions. Uitimately, the course alms to both ground philosophical thinking in daily life and expand our understanding of how
knowledge is created and evaluated.
