Course Content
R is a programming language widely used in biological research. This hands-on course will cover:The basics of computer algorithms. R grammar. graphic;
Statistical methods including ANOVa. regression. multivariate and Bayesian methods as implemented in R;
Genomic. population genetic. transcriptomic and ecological data analysis tools using custom functios and/or specialized packages in R/Bioconducter.
Through the course. the students will develop skills to access. manipulate and efficiently analyze large-scale biological data.
