In-depth introduction to acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as a contemporary approach within third-wave psychotherapies; the psychological flexibility model; acceptance, cognitive defusion, present-moment awareness, self-as-context, values, committed action. Foundational and contemporary ACT literature; theoretical foundations and core principles of ACT.
