Course Content
This course is designed to provide some preliminary knowledge of Schema Therapy and facilitate a process of guided self-discovery. Students are expected to understand the concept of schema, how schemas form, how they affect our lives, and how they change. Students can assess themselves to understand which schemas they have and whether they would want to change their schemas. Finally, they learn therapy techniques to change schemas if they wish to do so.
