Up-to-date personality theories. empirical tindings. and assessments with a particular focus on the social psychology and work psychology literatures are covered. Topics include. but are not limited to trait theories. the social-cognitive approach. aberrant personality models. group differences. implicit personality. cognitive biases. research methods used in studying personality. pros and cons of various assessment systems. and malleability of personality with a focus on the concepts of personality strength. situational specificity. and personality capabilities
