Focuses on normal personality in relation to organizational criteria.such as job performance.work attitudes.counterproductive behavior.and leadership.and on the validity of different types of assessments.such as self-report rating scales.Situational Judgement Tests.and implicit personality assessments (i.e Conditional Reasoning Tests).
