Review of fundamental concepts related to positive user experience. Overview of qualitative. quantitative. and mixed methods appropriate for user experience research. Introduction to basic data analysis techniques including entering data. coding. clustering. and data visualization. Approaches to interpreting data and results to generate research insights. Review of strategies for reporting user experience research findings.
