Course Content
Introduction to service design definitions. methods. tools. and background. Exploration of product-service systems and product-service hybrids. Application of introduced methods and tools to real-life projects for hands-on experience in conducting a service design project. Review of service design research. Case studies from diverse sectors such as healthcare. finance. tourism. public services. and NGOs.
