Course Content

Historical overview of human factors and ergonomics in design. Human physical and cognitive capabilities and limitations in user-product interactions, including topics such as anthropometry, biomechanics, posture, movement, perception, memory, information processing, human error, and safety. Principles of user-centered and inclusive design considering human variability. Familiarization with user research methods and their application in the user-centered design process.
