Course Content

The course introduces neural networks mainly to train features from biological signals in order to classify patterns,construct models,predict outcomes and make decision.Fundamental supervised and unsupervised neural network algorithms will be introduced and they will be applied on biological signals such as fMRI,EEG,MEG,EOG and ECG.Recent advances in the common space of artifical neural networks and biomedical signal processing will be covered during the course.
