Course Content
The proposed course focuses on knowledge management within a company, namely the set of acts and routines that aim to stimulate efflcient knowledge production and knowledge flow. By unpacking the key mechanisms for knowledge management (rather than focusing directly on innovation indicators), this course focuses on the key steps a company should take in order to create a favourable organizational environment for innovation.
