Course Content
This course is designed for prospective teachers to develop the perception and skills related to education systems, Turkish Education System, and school management. It aims to increase understanding of Turkish Education System and other basic concept of education management such as organizational structure, organizational culture, motivation, leadership, decision-making, communication, organizational change, finance, and personal administration.
