Information and communication technologies (ICT) and computational thinking, approaches to problem solving, algorithms and flow diagrams, computer systems, fundamental concepts regarding both software and hardware; foundations of operating systems and current operating systems; file management and third-party software; word processing software; spreadsheet applications; presentation software; desktop publishing applications; relational database management systems (RDBMS); web design; Internet and education; communication and collaboration applications; safe Internet use; cyber ethics and copyright issues; the effects of computers and Internet on children and teenagers.
