Course Content
The objective of this course is to provide prospective managers with the practical and theoretical backgrounds with which to design and evaluate strategies for innovating, acquiring and integrating new technologies into the workplace, and enhancing employee creativity. The material tobe covered in the course comes from a variety of sources, including books, articles and, if possible, guest speakers.
